Head & Neck Controls

I made two controls for the head and neck. The pivot point is on the joints and the control is outside the skeleton to make it easier to be selected. They still remain the same yellow color scheme since they are in the center. The head is under the neck hierarchy , and the neck is under the upper spine hierarchy so the head and neck controls will follow when the chest is moved. All the null groups were oriented constraint to the joints as well (then deleted afterwards) to get the right direction.
I sent my current rig (minus skinning and arm/hand controls) to Alex to test to make sure what i've done so far is ok with him.
message sent over email with rig attached:
"Hey! Here's the rig I promised for you to test. All of the foot, leg, hips, spine, neck and head controls should be done. He's just missing arm controls, hand controls, global controls and skinning is what's left. Please test it and let me know if it fits your needs for the parts that are done (minus arm and global controls). Also I updated the blog as well.
thanks,
Cassie"
